I have gotten funding to expand student opportunities through programs such as International Baccalaureate and passed laws that promoted safe, inclusive learning environments. Jess Birtcher, candidate for HD 44, shares these priorities, and believes, as I do, that Utah’s #1 economy has been created primarily by graduates of Utah’s public schools, and public universities and colleges. As a result, I am happy to endorse him. I believe he will be a strong advocate for his constituents, committed to listening and responding to their concerns."
